Troubleshooting AT&T U-verse Broadband Connection

Symptoms: No wireless connection or connection is super slow.
  1. Check all connections.
  2. Check your speeds on speedtest.com.
  3. Reboot Computer. Check speeds again. If the problem persists continue with step 4.
  4. Reboot Residential Gateway, wait ’til it’s connected again, then check speeds again. If the problem persists, continue with step 5.
  5. Change the wireless channel.
  6. If the problem STILL persists, call AT&T (800-288-2020) or contact the social media team.
